Why take Lessons from me?

• I offer a free non-commitment 20 min trail lesson as a first lesson, to meet and discuss what you want to work on and do a bit of guitar playing!

• For Guitar Grades (optional for the students) I have a 100% pass rate.

• I am fully DBS checked.

• I have written a beginner guitar course that helps introduce new students to core concepts of guitar playing featuring, names of the notes and strings, simple songs/riffs, chords, scales and much more. 

• If the course isn’t for you, or if you are a more advanced player, I will tailor each lesson to suit your individual needs as a musician. 

• I have a keen interest in Music Technology, so I can help my students by recording them playing so we can track progress together.

• I can also speed up and slow down tracks to help with practising songs that might be a bit too fast. 

• I can create backing tracks for students to play along with. 

• I have transcribed and have a large collection of sheet music to teach to students. 

• I have an online section on my website with files exclusively for my students. 

• I am a versatile gigging musician, so I can help students with almost any problems they have and have plenty of experience I can hand down to my students. 

• I have a friendly, flexible approach to teaching, the student learns best if they’re confident and relaxed!
